What is EFG?

In accordance with Regulation No. 1013/2006, company transporting waste needs to have the necessary financial resources to guarantee possible:

Replacement transport costs

Recovery or neutralization costs, including any necessary interim operation

Costs of storage for 90 days

Company with EUROPEAN FINANCIAL GUARANTEE agrees to cover costs incurred, if:

Relocation or the recovery or neutralization cannot be completed according to plan, as referred to in Article 22 of Regulation No. 1013/2006

Relocation or the recovery or neutralization is illegal as referred to in Article 24 of Regulation No. 1013/2006

In the event of any irregularities provided in the Regulation, the company will also receive full substantive support leading to their resolution from Our team of proffesional specialists.

How EFG looks like?

European Financial Guarantee is a document printed on the high quality bold paper with official pattern secured by 1.000.000 colour hologram at the bottom to prove it’s authenticity.
